I nspite telling the drivers and the attendant, the bus was stopped 4km ahead of VAIBHAV HOTEL, cHITRADURGA.It was dark and i went there for the first time. The drivers did not bother to maintain the timings. The bus was late by 2 hours and we did not expect from the VRL.Te staf need special training to to talk to the assengers with descency,couresy and politeness.

I have booked the bus from chitradurga to pune but I got to know that their is no Pickup point at Chitradurga City. later I got to know that VRL office is there 5Km away from Chitradurga city at night it was horrible experience to go there as it was located at highway. Request you to please get the pickup & drop point at Chitradurga city. due to security
