While I am booking dropping point Valliyur or Valliyur Bypass,I select Valliyur... But this bus not go inside the Valliy
I have made the reservation on SRS travels for my journey on 04 Sep 16 Chennai to Valliyur. While making the booking, it has shown the drop point as Valliyur. The bus was already got delayed. While approaching Valliyur, I have informed the attender that I have to get down at Valliyur. He answered that that bus wont go into Valliyur town and asked me to get down at Valliyur Bye Pass. I told them that while taking the ticket, it has shown Valliyur and I had opted that. Then the driver taught me that if that bus is going into Valliyur town, they have to pay the penality of around Rs.5000/-. In the mean time another travels was moving into Valliyur town. Then he has asked me to contact on Cutomer service and added that he was merely a driver and he has nothing to do on my request, even shown my m-ticket. Then immediately I have contacted Customer care and the person who attended my call asked me to contact their head office to register my complaint, and immediately disconnected my call. Finally, without any other option, I got down at Valliyur Bye pass, and was a bitter experience to me.
It is a nice journey but even though i got middle upper berth little bit jerking while traveling in the night
They didnt take the bus to Valliyur which is the place i opted to depart. Instead they halted in a high way after Vallioor. From that place i took an Auto to go to vallioor. A loss of 100 bucks.
