Staff Behavior Very bad, I have never seen this kind of peoples and their behavior.
we had worst time on travel, we expected the bus to reach on 10.20, but it reached 11.15 PM almost 1 hour late, and also we thought it would reach tirunelveli by 5.30 as mentioned on online, but by 6 AM only it had reached madurai, and by 8.45 AM reached Tirunelveli, our entire plan got collapsed due to this. i am really regret to say this. SRS is spoiling its value on punctuality service.
Bus departure time was 5.45pm but they started after 6.40 pm only. they know very well about chennai traffic jam. even though they started very late. instead of using bypass they traveled most of the cities inside on the way like madurai ,and kovilpatti etc, its took more time. finally i reached tirunelveli junction @ 7.45 am next day.so 14 hrs i spend on the bus. They off the mobile charging point power with in a 2 hrs after bus starting. this is not worth for money which we paid highly . staff behavior was very very bad.
