staff behaviour of KPN bus service towards north side people is very bad .
Very bad experience. I will not travel again with KPN. The boarding time mentioned @815 pm. But, Bus came @9.15 pm. The AC stopped working near Chengleput and we were stranded till midnight for alternate bus TN30 BE 0823. The new bus driver does not know the route and he was asking for the directions from many people enroute. When I reached Ramanathapuram, it was around 11.15 am and the bus would have reached Rameswaram by 12.30 pm. In this process, I could not attend the temple function scheduled at 10.00 am. The very purpose of going to Ramaeswaram was defeated. This is the same experience for co passengers as many passengers missed marriages/functions/temple visit and some funerals.
Red bus ur service sucks big time, I, spent about 100 buck extra just trying to call to know the bus no. Which came at around 8:30, while the bus departure time was 8:15. That night I think iIspoke to about 7 or more of ur attendants who were of no help at all. And the no. U provided on the ticket, those guys are big time fuckers who dont know how to attend a call too and slated me 2-3 times tell g me they dont know and to talk to someone else. This is my last trip with red bus, you guys should not be in the service business if service is not your modus operandi.
