we came in SRS travels from palakkad to chennai on 5th june,depature time was 8.45pm but the bus had reached by 9.20pm half an hour delay,followed by 30 minutes traffic near palakkad then they reached vilupuram by 6.00am,moment reached villupuram i asked cleaner person that at what time u ll reach chennai,for that he replied in a very indecent way that i takes more than 3 hours. i asked driver why u r driving too slowly u r supposed to reach chennai by 7.00am,he became angry on me and telling u should have choose a good driver then nu.we had a horrible arugument ,then i phoned customer care nobody picked , really it a horrible experience i ever met after paying for expensive ticket. iam totally unsatisfied with both red bus and srs service with regards s.vinoth 09884812828
