Bus was late for about 1 hour. But reached the destination on time. Recommended ++++
There is no Zero in the scale, if there is would have rated it. The bus came to Koyembedu by 11.15 pm instead of starting at 10.00pm from there. And the committed time of arrival at Nagercoil was at 7.30, its fine for one or two hours late and acceptable, but the bus reached at Nagercoil at 12.15 noon almost 5 HOURS LATE. This is not acceptable and we could not attend the Marriage ceremony for which we opted your bus. I owe refund of the ticket money, else i will be taking this to Consumer court. Expect a reply from Redbus and Parveen travels for the same. Even the staffs behavior was so arrogant towards the passengers and at one point of time they started threatening the passengers - which is unacceptable. we pay more money for peaceful and comfortable travel. Not for receiving your arrogance and losing our precious TIME. Need an explanation and REFUND of our ticket money.
Very worst time keeping and staff behaviour.
the air-conditioning in the back was so low .
