    No one tried to inform when bus get departure and not even a single call from driver to inform 15 min before reaching .

    i hate the way the bus staff checked my bag, as if i am one smuggler. They should learn how to ask politely. Its their job to ensure i am not blaming them, but there is a polite way to ask, make sure they do in that way to other customers
