Overall good experience with Orange Tours and Travels.... Reached Madurai on time.
the actual Bus boarding time at perungalathur was 11PM. But at the time bus didnt started from koyembedu. We were standing there at perungalathur till 1:30 AM in the heavy rain. Eventhough we can accept the delay upto 1 hr during the festival time... but its too long time and also there was no proper information about the delay.
worst service. missed the bus.No one called though I was in boarding point 30 min earlier. Driver contact num not given.
very worst puctuality. 5hour delay in dropping in madurai. Staff behaviour is very worst
