kPN too bad service time delay more than six hour to delay totally travel time 14 hr from chennai to kovilpatti very bad
Timing is pathetic. No provision to charge mobile. Not even driver cabin has mobile charging facility. But charge for the bus is more than Rs.1000/- . The bed-sheets are old and dirty. Never will choose KPN. Waiting spot is another area to be focused. Very small and long hours waiting without a place to sit. Over the experience was too bad.
