The bus met with an accident. The agents didnt pick up the call. We were left in the middle of the road. No emergency actions were done. Passengers really had to wait for 4 hours in the midnight and are supposed to leave leave by their own.

Tracking of the bus is very hard. I suggest GPS to be enabled for customer tracking purpose will help to reduce waiting time in remote station. Calling the driver and get the letter cation of the bus is very hard. Also when the staff behaviour is not good we Ned a attention not mber to teach them immediately.
