Only good thing was bus was in good condition. I booked Chennai->Mumbai 2.30pm bus which was connected service which was okay with me. Then they call me and tell me bus was breakdown and I had to get there for 12.30pm bus. (Which I believe was lie because I think they just wanted to combine 2 bus passengers in 1 bus so they could avoid the extra bus which they should not include at 1st place) So I had to rush very hard to complete my work and get to the bus. Then in 1st bus (chennai>Banglore) They just told me seat at any random seat available. I had to adjust seats 2-3 times with all pickup points and so was with other passengers. many times people started arguing with their booked seats. Then in 2nd bus (Banglore>Mumbai) There were mosquitos. Believe me I could not sleep. I had driver pull over later and bought mosquito repellent cream. I simply do not recommend you go with SEABIRD Travels. Go for SRS or VRL or other good alternatives.
