Journey was very unpleasant. . They were unloading luggage in both tirunelveli and nagercoil which takes extra 1 hour. Also the speed of bus was very low.
I am really not happy with the service. I was supposed to be getting down at kanyakumari but they dropped us in nagerkoil. This was my 1st time and it didnt made me happy. If there was not dropping at kanyakumari they should have not
1 hour delay in departure. Bus was break down near thirumangalam. Totally it looks 16 hours to reach nagercoil. They dropped in nagercoil only. Didnt provide any transportation to Kanyakumari.
