AC was not working for most part of the journey and the windows could not be opened making it a very unpleasant experience. The staff were also arrogant by not stopping over when requested for a break to use some restroom. The bus was late by almost an hour.
I have booked the ticket in sleeper A/C bus till Ernakulam, however we traveled in that bus till Coimbatore and we were transferred to another bus, which is a semi sleeper bus and we were sitting in last seat, pushback is also not there. Pathetic service................. The bus reached only at 9:00AM in the morning, but the actual time reported while booking was 7:00AM, i understand it is normal in transport, but the stopped so long in other places and we had wait nearly 30 minutes while switching to another bus in Coimbatore. Please check with concerned travel/tour operator and make sure no other passengers face these kind of issues.....
It did not keep time. Engine noise was bad
