KPN service was worst... No timing follow up... 11 clock only bus started from koyambedu and reached DEVAKOTTAI 09:45 hrs... Driver dont know the route also

I have seen always Chennai to devakottai KPN travels bus quality is worst..On last Friday in between they have changed the bus,because of bus break down... KPN always not mainitaning the Punctuality...nearly two hours delay in arrival..Four hour delay in reaching the destination..
The concern vus driver dont have any idea how to reach destination. For every place they are asking how to go to next stop ! We were roaming in the same track instead of correct track.
