Average experience. Booking was convenient through red bus.Staff were courteous and friendly. however the bus was late at the starting point . Additionally, the bus interiors required redoing.
Half an hour late at pickup point. Stopping every few kms to call for passengers to get in. Another long halt at lonavala. 3 hour journey converted to 5 hour journey

Bus was cancelled and I was not informed. I had to wait for more than an hour. Franchise person at Chembur was also not very cooperative
