Suspension was very bad Will not prefer SRS next time
Bus was on time from belgavi and reached at an exact time as expected. Thank You for the good service....
Bus was before time and reached pune with not much delay.Bus quality was ok..
The worst staff behavior I have ever experienced with any travels. SRS. Not just once, both the times. Rude, no care attitude. They gave me seat in another bus because my bus was late(lets say cancelled). After traveling for some hours, cleaner asked to me to go back and seat somewhere else because that seat was booked for someone else, who was standing there and claiming his seat. I refused. The seat was given to me. Why should I seat somewhere else? After some heated conversation, I felt not to ruin my own travel and of others. So I changed. After some time, he shifted me again. I did. When the bus was about to reach Pune, he asked that same person, who was claiming my seat, to seat somewhere else. Because that seat is confirmed for some other passenger from Mumbai. This is their system. Just keep shuffling passengers. Dont care about their comfort or convenience. We pay for this. Not traveling from SRS ever again.
