The bus average, was on time but the behavior of the staff was ad pathetic. I was in a recliner seat which had a big problem. I had to travel for 9 hrs. When questioned the reply given by staff was that nobody who sat in the seat had complained and i had no choice whatsoever but travel in the same seat. After a lot of discussion with SRS staff got a seat at the end of the bus. But again a passenger who boarded the bus had to sit in the spoilt seat which i was sitting.
The pick up bus which picked the single lady from Indiranagar dropped her about half a km away from the SRS office at Majestic. She was forced to walk along with the luggage to the SRS Offcie to catch the bus to Yellapur. The staff was very rude. No more travel by SRS
After pucking from my pickup point, they changed the bus @ Gandhinagar. It causes little confusion on that time.
