There is no proper information from VRL office enquiry,even there is no proper phone call on or before bus start. VRL enquiry mobile which was mentioned in Ticket is not lifting... over all bad experience with VRL travels.
Ac stopped working in the middle.but overall it was an good journey.punctuality was good.I am not sure whether the a.c. stopped working by itself or bus staff might had turned off a.c.
It was overpriced and as i didnt have the option i have to book a last seat and every seat is having a pushback except m
