A horrible bus booking experience with Redbus. I booked for a Tirupati drop @ Rs.1800 through redbus and the bus was seabird. Later on I found out that this charge is actually for a full package tour and a Tirupati drop costs far less than that. I shelled out money for services that I did not get. Redbus-Update your website to give correct info to customers. There is a better way of earning money than robbing customers with wrong information! I probably will never use redbus again and will directly book on the bus services web site.
