worse service, reporting time was 7:40 but bus came by 10:00. called several times to the operator no one respond properly. tried to reach red bus customer care it has taken around 20 min but still i was in the waiting list and my call number was 21. fed up with services of red bus and operator morning star. pls try to avoid morning star as well redbus. bcz operator saying the reporting time is 9:40 but in red bus website it shows 7:40 not sure to whom should we have to believe.
It was extremely irritating and bad. I was made to wait for 2 hrs in the Silk Board bus stop early in the morning. The bus supposed to come by 7:00 and they ended up coming by 9. The bus journey was amazing though, their punctuality will piss you off. I feel the mistake was from Redbus. The driver told us that this was their usual time and the mistake is with the timings displayed. Please ensure you atleast intimate the passenger about the delay based on the buss arrival from the previous trip.
Staff is not co operative. Not even assisting for berth identification. Reckless reply that they have done favour in bringing me titupati town, otherwise they would have gone through outer ringroad,
