Bus was late by 1 hour for pick up..and they reached very late..Bus staff was answering politely.and bus was in good condition.if they maintain timings it will be well and good.
Bus dint do the pick up from mentioned location; instead they have taken us through van to other pickup point. and already delayed 1 hours 30 minutes. and then they went to last pick up location and halted bus for around 1 hour. to dump all parcel services luggage on to top of the bus. finally they reached all drop points late. i happen to reach my last drop point around 3 hours late. Horrible and pathetic experience at last.
everything was good..except that the driver who started from Banglr was using horn a bit too much for a night bus..apart from that rest all was good..
Dear Sir, Your staffs are more priority in goods loading no care of passenger even though we are kept our luggage in our seat only and comfortless travel in hole night second while long travel we need at least 15 mints interval for two time we are caring family and kids. So please we are expecting considering our suggestion and give best travel in next time.
