I am Jeyanthi.I am Sarahs mother.living in Qatar. My daughter Sarah was traveling from Banglore to Tirunelveli on Saturday 13-08-16.From her birth she was here in the gulf for 18 years .That day was her first day of travel all alone in the bus.In the bus ticket you didnt mention the time of arrival(Tirunelveli).Only the departure time was mentioned. While getting inside the bus she asked the driver about the arrival time to set an alarm and also to inform us and our parents in Tirunelveli. But the driver respond so badly. Also he added that I didnt sleep well for the past three days. When we call her from Qatar she told abut the drivers respond.Realy we felt very bad about that we ask her to pray and continue the journey.By the grace of GOD she reached safely. One thing I want you to suggest is please put the time of arrival in your tickets. You put the time of departure but the arrival time is not there. Also dont send a sleepless driver.Next to God the peoples life is in your hand. Again today my son travelled from Tirunelveli to Chennai. In the ticket they didnt mention that it is going via Pondicherry,it went and the driver didnt drop them in the right place where they suppose to get down in Chennai. So it was totally disappointed us .Even if we pay a huge amount we cannot travel peacefully. God Bless You With Prayers Jeyanthi Eby
