SRS always gives me the worst traveling experience. First they change my pickup location Second, I wait for almost 2 hours at my new location Third, the push back was defective and the bus was stinking Finally, the make sure I dont get down at my drop point. After repeatedly reminding them about my drop point in Tanuku (the bus was till Visa and I had never been to Tanuku), yet they dont remind me after they have reached Tanuku. Upon inquiring the driver, he said we javelin crossed it an hour back. Now, it only gets worst with the staffs attitude and arrogance. They were unapologetic and were in no mood to help their customer. Had to get down at the closest town and take a bus back to Tanuku. So much after paying as much as I pay for an airfare.
Bus cleanliness is lacking. Seats are not that much comfortable. Not worth for money paid.
Staff behavior is very bad, i dont recommend this travels
They are very eagwr on luggage charge. I was carrying a cotton swing, very light weight and doesnt occupy much space. They asked me to pay 200, I said no, they threatened me that travel guys will LR and finally I was not charged. Nevee go by attendars alone if they are not reasonable.you may end of paying moreyou
