This was my very bad experience by travelling in VRL.My travel has to start from Bangalore Jayanagara 4th Block at 20 : 50 Hrs.to Mangalore. When we reached there by 20:40 Hrs.there was no bus, waiting for an hour, then a VRL bus came and said to me that our bus is waiting in Bangalore city and he will drop us there. When we reached there, that our bus has already left and is now at Yashwantpura. So another bus took us to Yashwantpura. But unfortunately our bus left from there also and waiting near Peenya. So they ( VRL staff ) sent us by another bus to our bus and finally at about 10-40 PM, we got our bus to Surathkal. So we asked the Bus driver, why you left us,then he said to us that the person who write the trip sheet told the bus driver to leave at 8-10 PM and they reached Jayanagara 4th block at 8-30 PM instead of 8-40 PM,so they left within 5 minutes from there. So my question is if they want to leave early, send us SMS,but not like this.Very bad experience.
