    charging port was der but no electricity

    The beds and sheets need to be cleaned every now and then as many passengers travel daily and it should be hygienic. There was some sort of bad odor inside the bus and the curtains, switches and plugs need to be repaired.

    They switched on complete light whenever they think. And made unnecessary delays in petrol bank at mangalore. Total TWO HOUR delayed.

    The time management is not up to the mark, the actual bus timings are totally different from what they are showing while booking the tickets.
