It was a terrible experience.. There were so many mosquitoes in the bus which made me wonder if I was sitting in a swamp

Worst Travel ever had... I had booked my pick up point from Jalhalli Cross but the Sea Bird office people call and tell me to come and stand near Gorgunte Palya at 10:30 PM. My wait for bus and repeated calls started from 10:35 PM to 12:10 PM standing in a dusty road with my luggage and Sea Bird finally made me an irrate customer. Finally at 12:10 they call and ask why am I not at Jalhalli pickup point it was 16 calls so far to the Sea Bird office from me about informing that I was made to wait near the flyover. Reasons they say its drivers mistake he rounded my seat number and thought I have already boarded. Finally I get a bike with two people already and it was a triple to Jalhalli cross inbetween the bike stopped due to no fuel. Walk for half a kilometer in the night with the luggage made a terrible experience. I had the worst experience ever with Sea bird and guess will opt out of Red bus also. Red Bus says pickpoint at Jalhalli Sea bird says only Yeshwanthpur - Ridiculous isnt?
