The ticket was sold as "Multi Axle Volvo AC sleeper" but what actually was provided was old AC sleeper - neither Volvo, nor multi-axle. The charge of Rs.1600 was collected in the name of "Multi Axle Volvo AC sleeper" but the provided bus seat should not cost more than Rs.1000. Severely disappointed with Redbus.

I had the most horrible experience with neeta travels. Extremely disappointed with red bus also as they did not help me either. My pickup was at 7.55pm.i got a message from neeta saying bus is delayed by 1 hour. So after re confirming the time with the driver and neeta office i reached my pickup point yeshwanthpur at 9.00pm. after waiting for 30 mins as i did not see any sign of the bus i called neeta again.they said bus will be arriving in another half an hour.the bus never turned up even after 2 hours! I was desperately trying to call neeta office , called atleast 30 times and they did not answer! The driver took my call and said there was no seat available.i was waiting in the middle of the road for 3 hours in odd hours without a plce to go .ihad to fight with driver to get the seat.he addressed me in singular.and was extremely short tempered. I will never travel with red bus again. I did not even get the seat i booked though i had booked 2 months back fight with the

We chose Neeta tours n travels to go from Bangalore to Satara. And it was the worst experience ever! First of all the bus was late by 3 hours! We had to follow up 100s of times to get the status of the bus. After a while the Neeta office stopped taking our calls! We were waiting in the middle of the road without a clue if we would reach our destination. We called the driver who said the seats booked by us were already taken. We had to literally fight with him to get 2 seats! We got the last but one row where as we had booked the 2nd row from first. The driver was foul mouthed and ill tempered. He didnt have the basic manners one needs to have while addressing a lady! Sorry to say even red bus wasnt of much help. We called the call center and they dint do anything. Ill never travel by Neeta again and think twice before booking thru red bus.
