The travel was very horrible.Without informing they have changede the boarding point. I went all the way from yeshwantpur to kalasipalayam which was my board point. After reaching there only they are telling that you need to go to madivalla.when i am talking about the inconvenience, they are telling that if you dont want you cancel the ticket. Such a worst and irritating bad behaviour from the staff, as if we are traelling for free. very very very very worst.
