Hi Redbus, I never had a worst experience in travel. i was hurry to see my dad in hospital. But SRS travel never have punctuality and politeness to the customer. why im giving feedback means my dad was in hospital. even i couldnt make argument with SRS driver. They want only business without professionalism. dont encourage travels like this.
The journey they made me very horrible to reach my place. They made delay more than 5 hours to reach my place. I see there is not proper tracking and nobody taking care of the passenger. It was irritated like anything. I dont the exact problem and this is not the way to handle customer while travel. Please make sure should not happen again.
It was a fuckinggggggg experience with SRS. They delayed by 2 hrs to reach the destination.i wont prefer SRS in the near future...Very bad
Please avoid to use this bus. They carrying more language than passenger. Actual arrival time to Ramnadu is 8.30 but they reach only at 11.30. Also they started to bring local passengers from Trichy like town bus. This traveling spoiled my all commitments and wasted my time due to this much of delay.
