The same bus started late by 3 hours last time I took it. This time it started around 2 hours late. This bud never comes on time and therefore never reaches the destination on time. The staff act very flippantly saying bus will be late cannot do anything about it.
The bus timing is at 8;45 and it has come at 9:30 pm. Also, it has reached the destination with 1 hour delay
Bus quality is good and is punctual as well. But the place they stop for toilet (KPN fuel filling station, Salem) is extremely pathetic with no water facility and "WORST" place id ever seen in my life. I think they wouldve cleaned 2 weeks back. But the faculty is good so on our concern they stopped again in a clean place in madurai
Bus was supposed to come at 8:45 but it came on 10:15 almost 1 and half hour late. Bommasandra office was filled with parcel so no place to sit. I have to wait in near atm during rain. After the start of travel bus broke down at madurai and no alternative arrangements. Have to make my own arrangements to go to ramanathapuram. Worst service overall by KPN. Since there is no negative rating I am giving 1.
