Pollachi bus never came. I was asked to board a bus to Tirupur at 12am and boarded another bus to Pollachi at 0630am. No proper flow of information by KPN staff.
Waited 3 hours for the bus. Finally they said the bus wont come and made me travel in a bus to Salem and again made me wait in selam for 2.30 hours. I reach Pollachi at 11 a.m instead of scheduled 7 a.m. Worst service ever.
worst travel that i have never had. booked sleeper AC. but they provided semi sitting, that too 4 hours late. staffs behaving was very bad and they didnt even respond us properly.when we argued with staffs, they just went out and stood in the road. no one was there in office. why the hell you guys are running travels?
Now a days travels are becoming luggage carrier. The load and unload the luggages and wasting the customers valuable time. the schduled time of arrival is 6.30 and its reached on 8.30 ... which is unfair. and Driver was shouting badly to customers in bad words for putting the screen out though window.
