There was delay in the arrival of the bus by 1 hour and so I reached 1 hour late as well......rest everything was fine!!
Bus was late by 2hours no proper intimation when inquired they use to tell that bus will arrive in 10min. This bus was from hyderbadh so every time it wil be delayed.
It didnt turn up on time. Delayed by more than an hour. SRS pickup point office staff was rude and arrogant. They behave as if they own whole of Bengaluru. If bus delay is frequent then they should change the bus timings. Scania bus was comfortable.
The bus was 2.5 hours late. The persons in the counter kept saying it will arrive soon. I received a message that the bus is only an hour late. My parents were sick and still they had to wait in the cold for a long time. Also after getting inside the bus, the blankets were still on the seats reserved.. These things need to be taken care of.
