Bus was in pathetic situation.... Blankets were dirty n stinky.... Seats were old, uncomfortable and damaged..... Bus came 1 hour late and stooped for another 30 mins Coustmer care had no idea about the bus Co
Bus was booked by me as the travel timing was 6 to 9. But bus came by 7 and started by 7.20. I would hav chose SME other bus instead of getting up at 4...very bad in punctuality
Bus was not at all provided and informed a refund will be issued for the charges deducted but after 2 months also I have not got the refund. Very bad service.. I will not refer this to anyone.
Bus quality , staff behaviour was very good . Enjoyed the trip . In starting i think that price was a little high for the trip but at the end i feel that complete paisa vasool.
