Extremely Untidy seats. Broken recliners Bus late by 1 hour. Had to wait on the road with small kids. Bus driver giving incorrect updates over the phone. Nothing so great about the ride. Nothing so great about the trip.
The bus was one hour late and I was asked to come to a different bus stop. That was very inconvenient. Also, I was not informed about the delay. This was my worst bus experience. You need to make sure that customers are informed about delays.
