The bus was delayed for 1 hour 15 min and when i reached the departure point no one was there to response and office was closed. when i called the no. no one was receiving the call
My travel was pleasant and comfortable. However, the bus came to Kalaysipalyam at 6: 50 AM and left at 7 AM. Hence I reached Mysore at 10 AM. The Kesineni travels is not maintaining the time given while booking the ticket
Bus was scheduled at 6:30am but it came at around 7:25am from Vijayawada and left Bangalore at 7:45am, However this was informed to me by the Kesini travels which was a good thing. Redbus is exceptional good and I hope to get the same standard of services from both the players.
Kaseni travels is the worst type of bus service you can ever imagine. First they will delay it by umpteen hours disturbing your plan and when you ask for refund they will simply refuse.
