I was travelling to Munnar from Bangalore along with my wife on 2nd Sep 2016.We boarded on the bus at Bommanahalli around 10pm.Then bus halted at a bus depot (not sure which place that was) around 12 am for a break. But non of the bus staff informed the passengers how long this break would be.When we came down for having dinner, we did not find any of the bus staff to check. So we went to one hotel inside that bus depot & had a quick dinner within 10 mins and then went to rest room. When I came out from the rest room, found that the bus is about to start.I asked them to wait for 2 mins for my wife to come out of the rest room....but they started the bus & moved little ahead...by the time my wife could not come out since there was a big queue inside the rest room (later I came to know). So I was worried a lot. Finally she came out & we boarded into the bus.So I reuest all the bus staff, before going for a break please inform the passengers about the break duration so that people will finish their work intime.

This journey was one of my worst experience. The bus didnt even wait for their own pickup bus to reach, the bus staff didnt even check if all the passengers are inside or not. We missed the bus since the pickup bus reached late, we had to go temporarily in another bus were we didnt get proper seats. The bus didnt stop even after repeatedly calling and informing that we are coming behind you. The staff was so arrogant and irresponsible. Never take this bus. I would have given 0 rating if it was possible.

There was a dead bat on our upper sleeper berth. Are we supposed to accept that? Bus was 4.5 hrs latr on top of that. Because "luggage" was being shipped in the journey.
