Due to the presence of a large number of IT companies, Bangalore is often called the 'Silicon Valley' of India. Bangalore houses some of India's leading organizations like ISRO, DRDO and the like. Bangalore is also a famous educational hub in the southern part of India. Bangalore, renamed as Bengaluru, is gifted with a pleasing climate. It has many gardens & parks, natural lakes, and other attractions. It offers a judicious mix of tradition and modernity. Bangalore enjoys great connectivity with all the important cities of the world. It is well connected with the nearby cities and towns by roadways. Mumbai, earlier known as Bombay, is the capital of the State of Maharashtra. Since most of the countries big financial institutions (like RBI, Stock Exchange and so on) is located it Mumbai, it is also considered as the financial capital of India. Mumbai is one of the most crowded cities of the country as well as the world. It ranks fifth in the list of the most densely populated cities of the world. Nonetheless, Mumbai welcomes people from all walks of life irrespective of their backgrounds. The British developed what was a cluster of seven islands into the bustling city called Mumbai. It was also under the British rule that the place attained importance and further developed into a major financial and commercial hub of the country. Now, Mumbai is often called the City that never sleeps, owing to the commercial and financial activities that the city witnesses even during the night times.
staff behaviour is little rude, and bus stops everywhere like local bus.
It was the worst. The pick up bus was 2 hours late. The original bus was 1hour late. So in total 3 hours. The bus quality was pathetic. The AC could not be controlled. The bags behind the seats were broken. Loads of flies and mosquito. There were bugs in the seat that bite me throughout the night. The driver and conducted was misbehaving.
Extremely horrid experience. To start with the bus I booked was scheduled to arrive at Anandrao circle at 6.45 PM, which arrived at 9.45 PM. Seabird tour assured me that the correct time of the bus was mentioned on their website and RedBus for some reason was showing a completely different timing. I cant trust RedBus.in for booking my bus after all. Due to the delay in departure, the arrival was much much later on the next day, at 5 PM as opposed to the 12.30 PM mentioned on the website. Also for some reason, I was moved from my AC sleeper Bus to an AC semi-sleeper bus on Pune-Mumbai highway in the middle of the highway. Due to the wrong timings on the RedBus website, I missed a client meeting scheduled for 2 PM and might lose an account worth Rs. 2 Lakh. So dear RedBus, it is time your legal team earned their paycheques because you have a hell of a consumer lawsuit coming your way.
The journey was a mess from the start, we had to board the bus at 11.30pm from Yeshwantpur, but the bus did not arrive on time, finally at 12.30am a different bus took us to Nelamangala, where we asked to get down and wait at a petrol bunk for 30 mins until another bus came and picked us up. The AC in this bus was not working properly and finally we changed into another bus at Thane. We reached Mumbai at 7.30pm. We are disappointed with the service
