Bus was excellent. Like 3 or 4 star hotel room. Only, one things was disappointing That mobile charging socket was not working till Mumbai.
None of the remote of the TV was working. Other than that, I enjoyed the ride. Was a pleasant journey
The bus was late by 1:45 hrs at boarding point (go into the bus at anandrao circle at 6:45 PM instead of 5 PM). The bus quality (including the interiors) is very good and very comfortable. Reached goreogon at 10:25 PM (around 40 mins late). Stopped at decent places for breaks. One problem was the TV was not working. A working TV with a good movie is very important when sitting in a bus for 17 hrs with nothing to do. Would again prefer Orange the next time. The staff behavior was very good.
Bus arrived at Mumbai 1 hour late as it started late from Marathalli apart from this everyting is OK
