Actually you people did not give 0 as option so i had to choose 1 as the least marks..i hve been travelling frequently through different bus but never faced such trouble which i got in this journey in the entire journey bus broke down for almost 5-6 times after taking money for sleeper finally u made us to sit in seater from pune...what the hell it is and how can you people ask us feedback instead of apologizing for the same..did u even imagine there are many people who have appointments interviews and many more important work in daily life and this journey ruined all..i was supposed to reach my destination by 2.30pm and i reached by 5pm..does it makes any sense..i would suggest you to atleast keep some better quality buses or an alternate option for this sudden troubles which should not affect working people..
