The bus departed on time from Bangalore but driver was very slow so it have reached to Mapusa very late. And Bus stopped for diesel refilling in Goa before reaching at Mapusa. So it has taken more time to reach to the Mapusa. And the most shocking and strange thing is that Bus driver dropped all passengers of Mapusa on Panjim highway instead of going at Mapusa bus stand. when I asked to drop us in Mapusa he told bus will not go inside you have to get down here only. So that was rude behaviour by sea bird staff and he have to walk with our heavy luggage all the way to bus stand at hot summer afternoon.
Very late. . Did Not wanna leave me use the toilet. Did not help with getting off at right busstop and Took off
Do not ever take a Seabird bus, everything about the bus is pathetic. Super dirty, notat all on time. we reached Goa 2 hours late. Moreover it shows on the site that the bus will drop at Mapusa, the bus driver stopped at Panaji bus stop and said this was the last stop and did not listen to us after that. He did not bother what we said even after showing the bus ticket. Pathetic service. Will never board a Seabird. They are just cheating.
Seabird Travels claims to go to Mapusa, but it doesnt go beyond Panjim. Which they dont tell you until you are on the bus. It was delayed also because of all the freight they were carrying, an taking time to load and unload: I saw a motorcycle come out of the luggage hold at some point. At some point, it felt as if the passengers were just incidental to all the freight that had to be delivered.
