Dear Read Bus Team The bus i traveled meet up with an accident 0n 24th July & yet till now i havent been contacted by sea bird & when i tried to call & as soon as i tell about this .They disconnect the call. I want to ask you why are putting the life of passengers by allowing them Sea Bird to book through your website. They dont value anyone & i think even you redbus dont care for the saftey of passenger who are bording the bus after booking though ur website. Majke a system where you can show how safe is the bus is to travell. And let the passenger know how safe is the bus which they are travelling. One more thing, do your business, we are your business, but if you risk our life by bringing this all unorganized transport company. You will loose it if you dont act now .... that day is not far enough. Bus was late by more than two hours. The quality of the bus was also very bad. No charging point, no headrest. Shall never book seabird again. Shall advise others to do the same.
The seat alloted to me was 7U and the seat had damp seat cloth with a foul smell. Overnight I aslo realized that there were bedbugs and small cockroaches that made my journey miserable . Please take care of these basic necessity when providing service to customers. Please keep your bus clean. Pl
