    Travel was boring bus had good speed but driver stopped while a little distance to end trip for his refreshing and collecting water and lost 1hour and a lot of luggage was there so for dropping that also took 1hour in each stops

    It is basically a commodity logistics where people are also considered as goods. Had a very pathetic trip. Reached the destination very late, by 2 hours. Driver was very rude, when complained about getting late, just harassed by replying go and complain to anywhere, nothing is going to happen.

    It is a goods carrier. I paid for sleeper bus. They made me get into another bus seater from Cumbum to Kumili. Redbud should give back my money that I paid for sleeper. I will approach consumer court. They were loading goods at different points before Hosur and started unloading at more than 5 points and made us suffer
