    This has been my worst experience ever. The bus was scheduled to arrive at 20:45 at Gandhinagar but since the roads were blocked by the traffic police the travel agent requested to board from Race course road. We were left stranded at the main road for 45 minutes and bus finally arrived at 21:30. The bus started soon and for no joy he stopped for another 45 minutes after covering a mere half a kilometer. Finally we were near the outskirts of the city at 23:30 and many passengers had trouble in finding their seats as the seat numbers were mismatched. At 00:30 he stopped for dinner at the worst place I could think off. The dhaba was unhygienic to the core and none of the passengers dared to enter the dhaba. Most of us survived by eating chips, biscuits and soft drinks. We reached Tumkur at 1:15 and the driver took a wrong route and he kept on driving on those narrow roads for 15-20 minutes. Passengers kept on complaining to the co-driver but he was not interested to listen and closed the door once we were done.The driver was not steering the vehicle properly and that scared everyone of us for majority of the time. We reached Gearusoppa at around 8:00 and disaster struck again as the drum brakes overheated due to repeated breaking at the ghat section and smoke was all over. The driver stopped for 10-15 minutes to cool down the brakes and we started again. Once we all started reaching our destination the driver informed to get down near the town outskirts as he informed this was a spare bus and wouldnt be going to the bus stations. We were helpless and had to listen to the driver. On a whole this was one of the most horrible experience I ever had. The bus was scheduled to reach my destination on 8:00 but due to all delays we reached at 11:30.

    The bus did not pick me up from the bus stop i chose. Instead they sent a bus to leave me to some other stop from where I got the right bus. And on the top of this, they left my co passenger friend behind. She was supposed to get on from a stop and she couldnt reach there on time. So she called the red bus customer service and they told her the wrong stop. She reached there and when she enquired, they told her she is on the wrong stop and that the bus had already left now. Meanwhile, I had to make the driver stop the bus for her because of all the confusion for which he clearly refused. They made her sit in the wrong bus which was going in the opposite direction and the behavior of the driver and the conductor was inappropriate. Also, red bus had given me a woman helpline number. I called to that number to tell them about the entire situation and make my bus driver wait for a little while for my friend but the guy disconnected my phone. After a while, they shifted her to another bus which was going to meet my bus at Midway. And this was after she started crying when everyone noticed what was happening. We finally met at the midway at 12 at night. I am never going to book a ticket from redbud ever and Ill make sure to spread this review to make sure none of my friends do the same.
