While booking they mentioned the drop point as S.R.S(Karur).. But they dropped me in Bypass...
The people in the reception have poor interaction skill. They are not engaging with the customers when we ask questions. There was two offices in madiwala and I was asking them where the bus will stop and they couldnt give proper answer. I travelled in srs travels and receptionists were able to speak only Kannada or Hindi only I guess. The bus was in very good condition. They put two movies in the bus which was bit annoying.
The 11:00 p.m. bus arrived at 12:45 a.m. We were given different seats than what we booked. A harrowing experience!
I have booked the bus to Karur. But they dropped me in bypass. Dropping female passengers in an insecure place is not encouraged.
