Good Service by SRS Travels. Clean and nicely maintained.
Overall good experience. However the bus made frequent adhoc stops to pick passengers in order to fill empty seats, which was annoying and disturbing at late hours.
Window cloth cover and bed sheet was full of bad smell (urine smell) it was like full of vomit sense throught the night journey.... Hope u wil be considering my feedback..
The time given in the msg and ticket was 7PM from BTM, this was also confirmed by travels over phone, but the bus arrived at 6:30 and left by 6:45, got a call from SRS that the bus is leaving and had to take alternate bus and catch the bus from Anand rao Circle. I am a regular traveler, usually I take some package home in cartoon box, on entering bus they told me to pay for the package, this was annoying, they said the box is heavy and wanted to charge 100Rs. after arguing they charged me 50Rs with bill. The box contained only dipers, how heavy it could be. They said its a new rule.....blah...blah...
