driver was smoking inside the bus while driving the bus
Bus started from Anand rao circle at 10:30. Expected pick up was 9:15.i dont prefer seabird in future and I suggest my friends and relatives not to take seabird. Very bad experiece.
i have booked sleeper coach in seabird. i am not able to sleep for 10 min. lot of bed bugs are there in beds and bed sheets. if v ask something staff behaviour also very bad. cancel these type of buses and from ext time on wards i will not book this bus..
The bus brokedown at night 1.30am near Tiptur. All passengers tried their best to convey the problem to Seabirds support/management staff. Though the driver was co-operative, their support/management staff was pathetic. Help arrived only morning 6.15am. The bus dint move a bit. No alternative/back-up bus was provided. Had to wait till early morning 6.45am till the bus was repaired. Very Bad experience. With kids & elderly people in the bus stranded in no-mans land was a nightmare. I do not plan to use their services again.
