Bus should start at 8.15pm, but it came at 9pm. They gave 4.30am as the dropping time, but it reached guntur at 7.30am.. it was a comfortable journey. maintenance is good.
Driver and Cleaner mobiles are switched off and no update on the arrival time at the pickup point. Dont book VRL travels.
Had very bad experience with this travel.Bus is supposed to pick me at 7.30PM and it reached marthahalli at 9PM.There is no intimation neither from VRL nor Redbus.Due to delay in the pickup we lost one bag also as we were standing on the road
