Timing is very worst and your staff behaviour also very bad.. there was no correct answer& responsibility..reaching time told 7 AM.but actually reached at 11AM...iam totally disappointed...
no punctuality , bus was late by 1:30 hrs, bus operator or the incharge was not lifting phone .

At the time of booking drop time for guntur mentioned as 8am, where as bus reached guntur at 11am....its too bad
