No proper pick up point information. . Break liner jammed and smoke came from tyre But still travelled same bus. .reached gokarna at 11am. .very bad experience
Horrible travel. It took long time to reach gokarna.
Staff behavior really very bad. I was waiting for the bus in Yashvantpur VRL office. I kept calling them to check if bus had reached Yashvantpur. But staff he kept on saying it will come in another 10 -15 min. But without any information the bus left and even they didnt call me. Its all happened by bad staff gays. VRL staff should learn how to coordinate with passengers.
VRL has horrible service. We were two female travellers. They asked us to wait near the metro for the 9.20 bus as we reached there by pick up vehicle at 7.30. There were a stream of 10 buses every 10 minutes under the same VRL transport and it was difficult to find which is which. Called the driver, said he is on his way. Went to the agency , said there will be announcement. Finally found a guy who had a speaker , which produced feeble voice that could be heard only if you are in 5 meter distance. I see a 10 pm bus to gokarna, I ask about the 9,.20 bus , and they say the bus has left. I didnt receieve any call even when I was waiting since 7. I am asked to take this bus. made to stand for 20 minutes after which they reach another stop. They ask me to get out and then realising the bus has left that place too, ask me to wait until we catch the nus after 30 kms. We both negotiate with a fellow traveller and we get seats. At 11.30 pm we get our bus. Disgusting coordination and no concern for travellers
