It was a very good experience. They distributed snacks, water nd blankets. These small gestures make a lot of difference
Cons: suspension of the bus... Pros:... dry cleaned blanket, snacks, and separate TV for each with headset, sleeper
Bus infested with bed bugs. Worst bus ride of my life.
When boarding the bus to Kerala - Orange bus. I had a small carton. The driver would not allow me to keep it in the luggage section although it was just some toys in it. The helper made a comment, he said "Keralites and their cartons". I was asked to pay extra 300 rupees for the cardboard box which was approximately 3kgs. I am an unhappy customer.
